If you’re looking for an authentic Italian pizza in Warrnambool, then you don’t have a huge number of options to choose from. But the good news is that you don’t need a lot of options, because the guys at Bottega Toscana have done it again!
After introducing to South West Victoria the concept of a pasta bar, Marco and Antonella now offer delicious pizzas every night from 5pm, both dine in or take away.
What makes Bottega Toscana’s different than other pizzerias is their authentic Tuscan recipe for the dough, and their choice of fresh and quality ingredients: good food is all about quality sourcing—San Marzano tomatoes, Shaw River buffalo mozzarella and a crust built with the best Australian pizza flour.
“Our pizzas are thin crust so they tend to be healthier than other pizzas out there,” Marco said. Bottega Toscana’s pizzas are made from scratch every morning. The dough is vegan and guests can ask for vegan cheese, too.
Bottega Toscana is open Monday to Saturday, on 134 Koroit street next to the bus stop.
